Update Feb 2024: as this store syncs with BrickLink and they have had a merge of part varients we unfortunately have had to say by default that we do NOT differentiate by variant.  In reaility, we do though and the variants will be listed as remarks on the part.  If you are looking for a particluar part varient please let us know and we will see what we can do to help.  Thanks, the JAR Bricks Team.

Shipping:

Dispatch:
Orders are usually dispatched in approximately 2 business days after payment is received, but this is a side business so sometimes my family commitments or day job may mean dispatch takes slightly longer.  I will let you know by message if there has been a delay.

Queries:
If you have any problems or queries don't hesitate to contact me and I will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
I would be very grateful if you could leave constructive feedback when you have received your order and you are happy with everything.

Used Pieces / Sets / Minifigures:
Used pieces and minifigures are typically from bulk lots that have been cleaned and sorted.  If a piece is badly damaged, I will not list it. 
Some pieces may have some playwear and I aim to be as accurate as possible with a description.
Everything is inspected when sorted and inventoried and also when packed.  If an issue arises when your order is being packed I will message you.
If you are unhappy with the condition of the piece, set, or minifigure you received please message us first to allow us the opportunity to clear things up (i.e. replacement, full or partial refund), before leaving negative feedback or opening a claim.

New Pieces:
All new pieces are either straight from newly opened sets or the Pick-a-Brick wall at my local Lego store.

New Minifigures:
New minifigures are typically stored and shipped assembled.  I find this avoids pieces scratching against each other in transit.  If you would like your minifigure shipped dis-assembled please let me know.Last Updated: 15 Feb 2024
