- All orders to USA must be sent via registered post or courier.
- All orders internationally over €100 must be sent via registered post or courier.

Delivery / Postage Terms & Conditions
- An Post Standard Post: Buyer accepts responsibility for lost parcels or damage incurred during postage. No insurance provided.
- An Post Registered Post:
- Ireland & UK: Letters/Packages/Parcels insured up to €320.
- Europe: Letters/Packages/Parcels insured up to €150.
- World: Letters/Packages insured up to €35.
- World: Parcels insured up to €100.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24hr or 48hr: insured up to £100
- Royal Mail Standard Post (1st or 2nd Class): insured up to £20.
- Additional insurance can be purchased to raise the covered limits. Please REQUEST QUOTE if you wish to avail of this.

Returns
Returns are accepted within a 30day period. Cost of return postage and packaging will not be covered.
United Kingdom:
A restocking fee of 20% of total order cost (excluding shipping) will be charged plus a flat fee of €4 (to cover use of NI shipping address).
UK returns are to be sent to address on rear of package not listed store address. I use a third-party service to avail of a UK address.
Ireland & Rest of World:
A restocking fee of 20% of total order cost (excluding shipping) will be charged.
Alternative Postage Methods
An Post rates for heavy parcels are relatively high. Courier quotes available on request - it may be cheaper. A rough weight and dimensions will be required.
UK Customers
It is recommended that UK customers select postage via Royal Mail. This will result in faster delivery and reduced likelihood of VAT or Customs charges as I will post from Northern Ireland.
VAT / Customs Charges
The customer is wholly responsible for VAT or Customs Charges, and are not a reason to return your order. If you order is returned due to unpaid customs charges, we will not refund shipping under any circumstances. Items returned due to unpayment of VAT or Customs Charges are liable for restocking fees as details in the "Returns" section above.Last Updated: 1 Sept 2023
